GASKETS
Cosworth’s high-performance head gaskets are meticulously engineered to provide superior sealing under the most demanding conditions. Constructed from multiple layers of stainless steel, each gasket features a unique folded stopper layer that enhances sealing around each cylinder, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The gaskets are manufactured using a die-cut process, resulting in smooth edges and precise dimensional tolerances of +/- 0.001 inches.
AIR FILTERS
Leveraging over 50 years of engineering excellence, Cosworth offers High Flow Synthetic Air Filters designed to enhance engine performance. Compared to standard equipment, Cosworth air filters offer over 98% efficiency and reduce airflow restriction by more than 10%, resulting in improved engine responsiveness and performance.
BRAKE PADS
Cosworth’s StreetMaster brake pads are designed for heavy-duty and fast road applications. These medium-hard carbon-based pads offer a superior initial bite with a friction coefficient of 0.5, maintaining consistent performance up to 650°C.
PISTONS
Cosworth’s high-performance forged pistons are engineered to endure extreme conditions, withstanding directional changes up to 285 times per second and acceleration forces of 8,500 g’s. Manufactured using proprietary alloys, these pistons feature anti-scuff skirt coatings, ultra-strong pins, polished tops to reduce carbon buildup, and patented anti-detonation bands, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
