VALVES

SPRINGS
Supertech Performance valve springs are crafted from premium Superclean Chrome Silicon Vanadium Steel alloy, ensuring exceptional durability and performance at high RPMs. Computer-designed to maintain optimal wire stress levels and control harmonics, these springs offer superior stability and longevity under extreme conditions. When combined with Supertech’s CNC-machined titanium alloy retainers, they provide a significant competitive edge in both performance and durability for high-performance racing engines.
PISTONS
Supertech Performance pistons are engineered for racing applications, utilizing over 40 years of design and manufacturing expertise. Each piston is crafted with advanced CAD software and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure optimal performance. Manufactured from enhanced 4032 alloy, these pistons offer low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance, and high thermal conductivity. The forging process yields a fine structural grain, enhancing strength and durability. Features such as contact reduction grooves and honed pin bores contribute to improved performance and reliability
RODS
Supertech Performance’s connecting rods are engineered for high-performance applications, featuring an H-beam design crafted from high-tensile strength 4340 alloy for exceptional wear and fatigue resistance. Equipped with ARP 2000 bolts capable of a 220,000 psi clamp load, these rods are rated for 150 horsepower per cylinder. For higher power demands, an upgrade to ARP 625+ bolts is available, supporting up to 250 horsepower per cylinder with a 280,000 psi clamp load. Designed in-house using advanced CAD and FEA software, Supertech’s connecting rods ensure optimal quality and performance.
GASKETS
Supertech Performance’s MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) head gaskets are engineered for high-performance applications, offering superior sealing and durability. Laser-cut from stainless steel to prevent burr formation, these gaskets feature meticulously designed gas stopper embossments that are stress-relieved and uniformly coated with advanced polymer mixtures. This construction ensures optimal sealing under extreme conditions, accommodating various block and cylinder head materials, even when surface imperfections are present
